The MAX4736ETC is a low-on-resistance, low-voltage, dual-channel single-pole/double-throw (SPDT) analog switch that operates from 1.6V to 4.2V. The device has a high switching speed (tON = 25ns, tOFF = 20ns Max), can handle full-swing analog signals, static power consumption is less than 4µW, and the MAX4736 has a turn-off before turn-on feature.
When powered at 3V, the MAX4736ETC has an on-resistance (RON) of less than 0.6Ω (Max), a RON match of 0.1Ω (Max), a RON flatness of 0.05Ω, and a digital input compatible with 1.8V CMOS logic levels.
