The R7S721001VCBG is the high-end, full-featured part in the RZ/A1 series, featuring a 400MHz Arm® Cortex®-A9 core and 10MB of on-chip SRAM. 10MB of on-chip SRAM enables the RZ/A1H to support up to two WXGA (1280x800) resolution displays without external memory. The RZ/A1H enables very compact embedded designs without the need to worry about memory procurement and memory EOL.With the RZ/A1H, you can design embedded systems like MCUs and get the performance of a 400MHz Arm® Cortex®-A9 MPU. With support for Linux, RTOS, or Bare-metal, the device is ideal for designing smart IoT end-devices with compactness and high performance.
