The SI8441BB-D-IS1R's ultra-low power digital isolators are CMOS devices that offer significant advantages over conventional isolation technologies in terms of data rate, propagation delay, power consumption, size, reliability, and external BOM. The operating parameters of these products remain stable over a wide temperature range throughout their service life. For ease of design, only VDD bypass capacitors are required.
Supporting data rates up to 150 Mbps, all devices have a worst-case propagation delay of less than 10 ns. All products are UL, CSA, and VDE safety certified and support withstand voltages up to 2.5 kVrms. The devices are available in 16-pin wide-body and narrow-body SOIC packages.
