The MAX9295DGTM/VY GMSL2 Dual CSI-2 Serialiser converts MIPI CSI-2 data streams to either GMSL2™ or GMSL1™ format.The Analog Devices MAX9295D supports either a single-port or dual-port configuration. It facilitates full-duplex video transmission and bi-directional control data over cables longer than 15m. In GMSL2 mode, the device operates at 3Gbps or 6Gbps in the forward direction and 187.5Mbps in the reverse direction.GMSL1 mode can be paired with a 3.12Gbps or 1.5Gbps GMSL1 deserialiser, or with a GMSL2 deserialiser configured as a GMSL1 at operating rates up to 4.5Gbps. The device is AEC-Q100 Class 2 compliant for automotive applications with an operating temperature range of -40°C to +105°C and supports coaxial or shielded twisted pair (STP) cables.
