The LT8650SHV-CSL is a dual-channel step-down regulator that delivers up to 4A continuous current from both channels and supports loads up to 6A depending on each channel. The LT8650S uses the second generation Silent Switcher architecture to minimize EMI radiation while providing high efficiency at high switching frequencies. This includes integrating bypass capacitors to optimize the high-frequency current loop and enable the EMI performance claimed in product advertisements to be easily achieved by eliminating layout sensitivity.
