Product Description

The ISO7320FCQDRQ1 devices provide current isolation up to 1 minute and up to 3000 VRMS in accordance with UL 1577 and 4242 VPK isolation in accordance with VDE V 0884-10. These devices have two isolated channels with logic input and output buffers separated by a silicon dioxide (SiO2) insulating barrier.

The two channels of the ISO7320FCQDRQ1 are oriented in the same direction, while the two channels of the ISO7321-Q1 are oriented in opposite directions. In case of input power or signal loss, the default output level (device ordering part number with suffix) or level (device ordering part number without suffix) is used. For more information, see Device Functional Modes. When used with isolated power supplies, these devices help prevent noise currents on the data bus or other circuits from entering local ground or interfering with or damaging sensitive circuits. The ISO734x-Q1 series devices have integrated noise filters for harsh industrial environments. In such environments, short noise pulses may occur on the input pins of the device. The ISO732x-Q1 series devices have a transistor-transistor logic circuit (TTL) input threshold and operate over a voltage range of 3V to 5.5V.
