The TLE9189QVW is a new MOTIX™ gate driver IC for safety-critical applications in 12 V brushless direct current (BLDC) motors. The driver IC complies with AEC Q100 class and ISO 26262 (ASIL D) standards, making it ideal for wire-controlled motion and steering-by-wire systems that in the future will do away with traditional mechanical connections.
