The AD7476AWYRMZ are 12-bit high speed, low power successive approximation ADCs operating from a single supply of 2.35 V to 5.25 V and with up to 1 MSPS of swallowing. these devices all have a low noise, wide bandwidth sample/hold amplifier built in and can handle input frequencies above 13 MHz.

The conversion process and data acquisition process is controlled via CS and a serial clock, thus creating the conditions for the device to interface with a microprocessor or DSP. The input signal is sampled on the falling edge of CS, while the conversion is initiated here at the same time. The device has no pipeline delay.

The AD7476A uses advanced design techniques to achieve very low power consumption with high throughput.

The reference voltage is obtained from VDD, thus providing the ADC with the widest dynamic input range, and therefore an analogue input range of 0 to VDD. the conversion rate is dependent on SCLK.
