The HMC342LC4TR is a GaAs PHEMT MMIC low noise amplifier operating in the frequency range of 13 to 25 GHz, providing 22 dB gain and +19 dBm output IP3 with a +3V single power supply. The 3.5dB low noise figure performance is ideal for receive and transmit front driver applications. Straight RF I/O matching to 50 Ω, easy to use.
