The ADIS16210CMLZ is a digital inclinometer system that can precisely measure pitch and roll angles within an omnidirectional range of ±180°. This device integrates a MEMS three-axis acceleration sensor, signal processing capabilities, addressable user registers for data collection/programming, and a SPI-compatible serial interface. In addition, the production process also includes specific unit calibration to achieve better precision performance. It also offers digital temperature sensors, power measurement functions, as well as configuration control for calibration, sampling rate, filtering, alarm, I/O configuration, and power management within the system.
