The AD4114BCPZ is a low-power, low-noise, 24-bit sigm-∆ analog-to-digital converter (ADC) that integrates an analog front end (AFE) to support a fully differential or single-ended high-impedance (≥1 MΩ), bipolar ±10 V input.

Instrumentation and measurement

The AD4114 integrates key analog and digital signal conditioning modules and can be configured with eight separate Settings for each analog input channel used. For fully established data, the AD4114 has a maximum channel scan rate of 6.21 kSPS(161 μs).

Embedded 2.5V, low drift (±5 ppm/°C) bandgap internal reference voltage source with output reference buffer reduces the number of external components.

The digital filter offers flexible Settings, including simultaneous suppression of 50 Hz and 60 Hz at 27.27 SPS output data rates. Users can choose different filter Settings according to the requirements of each channel in the application. The automatic channel timing controller enables the ADC to switch between each enabled channel.

The AD4114 is powered by a single power source, simplifying applications in electrical isolation. The rated operating temperature range is −40°C to +105°C. The AD4114 is available in a 40-pin, 6 mm×6 mm LFCSP package.
