The LTC2367IMS-16 single-channel analog-to-digital converter is a 16-bit, 500ksps, pseudo-differential unipolar SAR ADC with 94.7dB SNR launched by Analog Devices. The LTC2367IMS-16 has a high-speed SPI-compatible serial interface that supports 1.8V, 2.5V, 3.3V and 5V logic, and also has a Daisy chain mode. The high throughput rate of 500ksps and the feature of no periodic delay make LTC2367-16 an ideal choice for numerous high-speed applications.
