The LTC6431AIUF-20 is a gain component amplifier with excellent linearity (at frequencies above 1000MHz) and low correlated output noise.

The LTC6431-20 uses a high-performance SiGe BiCMOS process to achieve excellent repeatability comparable to similar GaAs amplifiers. OIP3 specifications for all Class A LTC6431-20 devices are tested and guaranteed at 240MHz.
