The TX7332ZBX is a highly integrated, high-performance transmitter solution for ultrasonic imaging systems. The device has a total of 32 pulse generator circuits (PULS) and 32 transmit/receive (T/R) switches, and supports on-chip and off-chip beamformers (TxBF). The device also integrates an on-chip floating power supply, which reduces the amount of high voltage power required.

TX7332 supports:

32 channel three-stage pulse generator and active transmit/receive (T/R) switch

Ultra-low power on-chip beamforming mode:

In receiver-only mode: 0.45mW/ channel

In transmit/receive mode: 16.4mW/ channel

In CW mode: 160mW/ channel

In global power off mode: 0.1mW/ channel
