Instructions:

The AFE7070 is a dual-channel 14-bit 65MSPS digital-to-analog converter (DAC) with an integrated, programmable four-level baseband filter and analog quadrature modulator. The AFE7070 includes additional digital signal processing features such as a CNC oscillator for frequency generation/conversion and an orthogonal modulator correction circuit for LO and sideband suppression.

The AFE7070 has a crossed 14-bit 1.8V to 3.3V CMOS input. The AFE7070 provides a 20MHz RF signal bandwidth in the RF output frequency range from 100MHz to 2.7GHz. An optional LVDS output can be used to convert the quadrature modulator output into a clock signal up to 800MHz. When LVDS output is used, the total power consumption is less than 350mW; When using analog RF output, the total power consumption is less than 334mW.

The AFE7070 is available in a 7mm x 7mm 48-pin QFN package. The device operates over the entire industrial temperature range (-40°C to 85°C).
