The QPC1031D high power single pole single throw (SPST) reflex switch is manufactured by Qorvo's QGaN15 0.15µm silicon carbon-based gallium nitride production process. The QPC1031D operates in the frequency range from 2GHz to 18GHz, typically providing up to 20W of input power processing at 0/-40V control voltages.

The switch maintains a low insertion loss of 1.3dB (or less) and a high isolation of 30dB (typical value). The performance of the QPC1031D can be used in a variety of low/high power applications in a variety of commercial and military markets.
