The TGA2219-CP is a 3-stage, 25 W power amplifier operating in the 13.4 to 16.5 GHz frequency band. Manufactured using Qorvo's QGaN15 production 0.15 um GaN on SiC process, this high performance amplifier provides a small signal gain of more than 30 dB and 31% PAE, enabling system designers to achieve outstanding performance levels in a cost-effective manner.

PAE: > 31 % (PIN = 16 dBm)

Large signal gain :28 dB(pin = 16 dBm)
