QPF4509 is a high power front-end module (FEM) designed by Qorvo for Wi-Fi 7 (802.11be) systems. Performance focuses on optimizing the PA's 5V supply voltage to minimize power consumption, allowing systems using digital predistortion to achieve the highest linear output power and leading throughput of the RF chain. This is done over broadband width, supporting operation in all channels of UNII1-4 (5.170 to 5.895 GHz).
