The TGA2214-CP is a broadband power amplifier manufactured in Qorvo's QGaN15 0.15m GaN on SiC process. The TGA2214-CP operates in a frequency range of 2 to 18 GHz, producing a saturated output power of greater than 4 W, a power addition efficiency of greater than 15%, and a large signal gain of greater than 14 dB across the entire operating band.

PAE: Pin = 23 dBm greater than 15% CW

Small signal gain :> 22 dB
