The TGA2238-CP is a high power X-band amplifier manufactured using Qorvo's QGaN25 0.25um GaN on SiC production process. Operating at a frequency of 8-11 GHz, the device can achieve 50 W saturated output power, a power gain of 24 dB, and a power addition efficiency of 34%.
