Qorvo QPL9547 0.1GHz to 6.0GHz Ultra-low Noise LNA is a highly linear, ultra-low noise amplifier optimized for 5G Massive MIMO (multiple input multiple output) applications. The amplifier typically has a gain of 19.5dB at 1.9GHz, an OIP3 of +39dBm at a 65mA offset setting, and a noise figure of 0.3dB.

The QPL9547 LNA is adjustable and can be biased by a single positive supply from 3.3V to 5.0V. The device also has power down control and is integrated into the chip for time division duplex (TDD) applications.
