The Qorvo QPL7433 is a high-gain, wide-band MMIC (monolithic microwave integrated circuit) pHEMT (Pseudocrit High electron mobility Transistor) single-ended RF amplifier IC with a flat gain of 17.5dB. The QPL7433 is designed to support CPE (customer premises equipment) front ends, cable, satellite and terrestrial TV, home gateways, and 50MHz to 3300MHz cable modems via a 5V single power supply.
