Product Description

The DA9063L-00HO2 is a high-current system PMIC for dual- and quad-core processors used in smartphones, tablets, ultrabooks, and other handheld and automotive applications that require up to 5 A to power the core processor.


The DA9063L consists of six DC-DC buck converters designed for small external 1 µH inductors capable of delivering a total of up to 12 A of continuous output (0.3 V to 3.3 V). The buck converters require no external Schottky diodes. They feature an auto-sleep mode that dynamically optimises efficiency based on load current. The buck converters feature pin- and software-controlled Dynamic Voltage Control (DVC), which supports adaptive regulation of the supply voltage by the processor load. One of the buck converters can also be used in DDR memory termination mode.
