The SPC563M64L5COAY SPC56 series automotive microcontrollers provide scalable performance with a 32-bit single-core option with a nonvolatile memory density of 1.5MB. The MCU features a variety of external interfaces and supports popular automotive connectivity standards such as LINFlex, FlexCAN, and FlexRay, as well as 10 - and 12-bit resolution ADCs and multiple DSPI serial peripheral interfaces.
The SPC56 series includes general automotive microcontrollers tailored for body and gateway applications, offering a wealth of connectivity options including I2C, Fast Ethernet, flexible ADC channels with watchdog and timer (eTPU, eMIOS).
