The F2977NEGK8 is a 50Ω single-pole, double-throw (SP2T) reflective RF switch featuring high linearity and wide bandwidth. Optimised for the 30MHz to 6GHz range to support a wide range of wireless RF applications, the F2977 is compatible with 1.8V or 3.3V control logic using a single +3.3V or +5.0V positive supply voltage.
