The LTM4660EY is a complete 300W output switching mode hybrid topology step-down DC/DC μModule® (Micro module) non-isolated bus converter. The exposed power sensor is located at the top of the package, providing a cooling path for the module and far away from the printed circuit board. The package includes the switching controller IC, power MOSFETs, and support components.
