The VN5E160ASTR is a single-channel high-end drive manufactured with ST's proprietary VIPower M0-5 technology in a small SO 8 package. Designed to drive 12 V automotive ground loads, the VN5E160AS provides protection, diagnostics, and a 3 V and 5 V CMOS-compatible interface with any microcontroller.
