The LTC2480IDD combines a 16-bit positive and negative sign delay-free∆ analogue-to-digital converter with patented Easy Drive™ technology. The patented sampling scheme eliminates the disadvantages of dynamic input current errors and on-chip buffering. This allows direct digitisation of input signals with large external source impedances and rail-to-rail input ranges while maintaining excellent DC accuracy.
