The QPL7425TR7 is a GaAs pHEMT single-ended RF amplifier IC with 25 dB flat gain and low noise. The IC is designed for applications from 5MHz to 684MHz upstream and 47MHz to 1218MHz downstream, and can be used over the 5V to 8V voltage range, depending on linearity requirements.
