The QPA3810TR13 3400MHz to 3800MHz 8W 2-stage module provides an integrated design for large-scale MIMO applications. The device output is 8W RMS in the 3.4GHz to 3.8GHz frequency range. the device has 50Ω inputs and outputs and requires very few external components. The combination of driver and Doherty last stage provides high power and higher efficiency at 8W average power.
