The RFAM3790TR7 is an integrated edge QAM amplifier module. The device features a GaAs pHEMT chip, a GaAsMESFET chip, a 20dB range variable attenuator, and a power enable function. With high output capability and operating frequencies from 45MHz to 1218MHz, it offers excellent linearity and outstanding return loss performance with low noise and optimum reliability.
