VND5E050MCJTR are dual high voltage side drivers manufactured using ST's proprietary VIPowerM0-5 technology in the PowerSSO-12 package. These devices are designed to drive 12 V automotive grounded loads and provide protection and diagnostic functions. They also implement 3 V and 5 V CMOS compatible interfaces to any microcontroller. The devices incorporate advanced protection features such as load current limiting, active management limiting for inrush and overload, auto restart for over-temperature shutdown with auto-restart, and active clamping for over-voltage.
