The STL47N60M6 MDmesh™ M6 MOSFETs combine low gate charge (Qg) with optimized capacitance curves and are designed to achieve high efficiency in an entirely new topology for power conversion applications. The device has a 600V operating voltage and is suitable for industrial applications including chargers, adapters, silver box modules, LED lighting, telecommunications, servers and solar.
