The STB36N60M6 MDmesh™ M6 MOSFET combines a low gate charge (Qg) with an optimized capacitance curve and is designed to achieve high efficiency in an entirely new topology for power conversion applications. The device has an operating voltage of 600 V and is suitable for industrial applications including chargers, adapters, silver box modules, LED lighting, telecommunications, servers and solar energy.
