MAX5805BATB Single-channel, low-power, 12-bit voltage output digital/analog converter (DAC) with output buffer and selectable 2.048V, 2.500V, or 4.096V reference. Powered by a wide voltage range of 2.7V to 5.5V, the device has extremely low power consumption (< 1mW) and is suitable for most low-voltage applications. The external precision reference input is used to support full-width operation and has an equivalent load impedance of 100 kω (typical value) to the external reference.
