The NCP13992AZDR2G device is a high-performance current mode controller for half-bridge resonant converters. The controller implements a 600V gate driver, simplifying the layout and reducing the number of external components required. The built-in undervoltage input simplifies the implementation of the controller in all applications. In applications where a PFC pre-stage is required, the NCP13992 has a dedicated output to drive the PFC controller.
