The NCP1239LD100R2G is a fixed frequency current mode controller with dynamic self-power function. This feature activates the internal start current source to power the controller during startup, transient, latching, standby, etc., greatly simplifying the design of auxiliary power supplies and Vcc capacitors. The controller has a power supply range of up to 35 V, a 100kHz switching circuit with jitter, and operates under peak current mode control.
