The CY8C4149AZAS565 belonging to the PSoC™ 4 MCUs is a scalable and reconfigurable platform architecture for a family of programmable embedded system controllers featuring Arm® Cortex®-M0+ CPUs and is also AEC-Q100 compliant. It combines programmable and reconfigurable analogue and digital modules with flexible auto-routing.
