Product Description

The C8051F920-G-GM is a high-performance 8-bit microcontroller (MCU) designed for low-power and high-integration applications. The chip features 32KB of flash memory, 4.25KB of RAM, supports a 10-bit ADC and a DC-DC converter, operates within a voltage range of 0.9V to 3.6V, and is packaged in a 32-pin QFN package.
