The 2ED21064S06J is a 650 V high-speed high-side high and low-side power MOSFET and IGBT gate driver with a typical 0.29 A pull current, 0.7 A sink current in a DSO-14 package.

25 V maximum supply voltage

Logic operating voltage up to -11 V on VS pin

Floating channel can be used to drive N-channel MOSFETs, SiC MOSFETs or high-side IGBTs
