The EiceDRIVER™ 2EDN7434R device is a dual-channel low-side gate driver IC from Infineon. The device has two independent, non-isolated, low-side drive channels with a maximum peak output current of 5A. 2EDN series driver chips can be widely used in servers, telecommunications equipment, DC-DC converters, industrial SMPS, electric vehicle charging points, motor control, low-speed light electric vehicles, power tools, LED lighting and solar energy systems and other applications to improve the performance of power switching devices.
