The LT4320MPMSE is an ideal diode bridge controller driving four N-channel MOSFETs to support voltage rectification from DC to typical 600Hz. The ideal diode bridge circuit simplifies power supply design and reduces power consumption by maximising available voltage and minimising power dissipation. Simplified power supply design reduces power supply costs, especially in low-voltage applications. The Ideal Diode Bridge also eliminates thermal design issues, expensive heat sinks, and significantly reduces PC board area. Internal charge pumps support full NMOS designs, eliminating the need for larger, more costly PMOS switches.
