The ADF7020-1BCPZ is a low power, highly integrated FSK/ GFSK/ ASK/ OOK/ GOOK transceiver designed for use in the low UHF and VHF bands. The ADF7020-1BCPZ utilises an external VCO inductor that allows the user to set the operating frequency to any value between 135 MHz and 650 MHz. Using a 2-way frequency division circuit, users can operate the device at frequencies as low as 80 MHz, with a typical VCO range of approximately 10% of the operating frequency.The ADF7020-1BCPZ requires only a few external discrete components to build a complete transceiver, making it ideal for price and board area sensitive applications.
