The 2EDN7534R is an EiceDRIVER™ 2EDN gate driver for MOSFETs and Wide Band Gap (WBG) switches. The EiceDRIVER™ 2EDN series supports 8-pin DSO, TSSOP, and WSON packages, as well as versatile, small 6-pin SOT23 and TSNP packages. With its high output current capability, precise timing, and short start-up and shutdown times, the 2EDN series is the first choice for many fast switching applications. Active output clamping reduces startup time for bootstrap designs.
