The MAX15162AWE are dual-channel circuit breaker integrated circuits, circuit breaker integrated circuits. These devices integrate a dual-channel controller with dual 140mΩ (WLP, TQFN 180mΩ) power MOSFETs and electronic circuit breaker protection. The devices feature constant power control during startup to keep the MOSFETs in the safe operating area (SOA). The devices provide robust overcurrent protection with programmable current limit levels and adjustable overcurrent shutdown delays for better protection against system noise and load transients.
