The LT8418ACBZ half-bridge GaN driver is a 100V device with integrated top and bottom driver stages, driver logic control and protection. The driver can be configured as a synchronous half-bridge, full-bridge topology, or in buck, boost, and buck-boost topologies.The LT8418ACBZ features a 0.6Ω pull-up resistor and a 0.2Ω pull-down resistor to provide robust current source/drain functionality. It also incorporates a smart integrated bootstrap switch that generates a balanced bootstrap voltage from VCC and minimises the voltage drop.
