The LTC7060HMSE half-bridge driver uses a half-bridge configuration to drive N-channel MOSFETs with supply voltages up to 100 V. It has tri-state PWM input logic independent of the supply. The unique floating architecture allows this gate driver to stabilise the output and be insensitive to ground noise. The symmetrical design supports half-bridge switching nodes as inverting or non-inverting input logic. With 0.8Ω pull-down and 1.5Ω pull-up capability, the strong output can easily drive the large gate capacitance of high voltage MOSFETs with very short transition times.
