The MAX17523AATE adjustable overvoltage and overcurrent protection device is ideally suited to provide system protection from positive and negative input voltage faults up to ±40V and features a low RON integrated FET of 190mΩ (typical).

The MAX17523AATE is available in a small 16-pin (3mm x 3mm) TQFN package. The device operates over the -40°C to +125°C extended temperature range.
