The MAX20313EWC for adjustable current limit switches are programmable devices with internal current limiting to protect host devices from load faults. The current limit switches have a low on-resistance of 10mΩ (typical) and operate over an input voltage range of +2.5V to +5.5V. The devices have an adjustable current limit range of 500mA to 6A, making them ideal for charging large load capacitors as well as high-current load switching applications.
