The MAX20333MENL device is a tunable current-limiting switch with low power mode ‌, extending operating range up to 22V, with tunable current-limiting mode, providing a highly versatile solution ‌. The MAX20333MENL adjustable current-limiting switch offers three operating modes: normal mode (NM), high current mode (HCM), and low power mode (LPM).

The MAX20333MENL can respond in three different ways under the current limitations: automatic retry, latch, and continuous. This switch adopts a 15-pin (2.1mm x 1.52mm) WLP package and can operate within an extended temperature range from -40°C to +85°C.
